Service and scope

Turn elevations, your component recipes and your rates into a reviewed hire quote. Keep the assumptions beside every version. UK-focused scaffold quantity and commercial estimating. No scaffold design, TG20 compliance, manufacturer-fit, stability, loading, transport legality, engineering approval, LiDAR, lead integration or electronic signature. Quantity and commercial estimating only, sources checked19October2026. The user supplies applicable design/manufacturer data and competent review. No TG20 configuration, stability, ties/bracing, loading class, structural adequacy, permitted bay/lift size, safe assembly instructions or transport legality is derived. Component mass excludes people, tools, fuel, packaging and the vehicle. No statutory tax rate is supplied; enter and check applicable amounts. No lead-system integration, automatic acceptance, signing or invoice filing. Two retained jobs, elevation repeat counts, own component recipes and rates, weight completeness, free frozen quote print, recorded customer decisions and JSON export. Pro: One hundred jobs, owner plus four named staff, private PDF evidence storage, preserved job-history reports and CSV. No automatic notifications, offline synchronisation, public or recipient-only sharing, verified signature or official submissions. Private trusted evidence PDFs: Free8files/75MB; Pro200files/500MB total; each file<=25MB. PDFs are retained originals, not parsed, sanitised or certified. All authorised staff including viewers can download them. Uploads count even after cancelling a draft; no individual-file deletion. Download original bytes separately from JSON. Browser printing of prepared quotes, inspections and passport labels is supported; the app does not create an immutable binary PDF of every prepared print. Reports are private administrative copies, not certifications. You are responsible for applicability, entries, permissions, external submissions, professional judgement and original evidence. Generated landing-page images are illustrative, not customer evidence.

Account and staff access

A random one-use email link lasts 15 minutes. Confirm the matching email; sessions last up to seven days. Email-account access is required for recovery; do not share links. Sign out all devices revokes that account’s other sessions. The owner controls billing, business settings, workspace erasure, staff invitations and roles. Pro permits four additional named accounts. Editors may change records, import/export and issue reports; viewers may view records, photos and existing reports. Invited email holders must sign in and accept their seven-day invitation. No invitation email is sent. Active staff access depends on owner Pro. Revocation prevents subsequent requests but cannot erase copies already read or exported. Account email and each submitted entry’s account identity and server-received time are visible to authorised workspace members. Corrections append history. New imported entries are attributed to the importing account; imports do not establish historical authenticity.

Limits and storage

One scaffolding business per workspace. Maximum 100 primary jobs, 20,000 journal entries and 16 MB UTF-8 record JSON. Free photos: 2 MB / 30 files. Pro photos: 100 MB / 500 files. Each stored JPEG is at most 450 KB / 1920 pixels; the browser compresses chosen images. Uploads count even after a draft is cancelled or its reference removed; there is no individual-photo erasure control. Whole-workspace erasure removes the live payload and all its photos and uploaded PDFs for all members. JSON exports contain photo/PDF references, not file bytes. Private original PDFs have separate downloads. Preserve original evidence independently and check retention duties before erasure. Data is encrypted on our server and sent over HTTPS, not end-to-end encrypted. Only store content you are authorised to provide; minimise personal data. We process workspace contents under your instructions to provide this service and assist data enquiries through support.

Subscription

Estimator Pro: £29.99 every month or £299.00 every year, currency GBP, selected before checkout. Automatically renews until cancelled; no trial. Prices include applicable tax. Stripe handles payment; we do not receive full card numbers. Pro requires verified payment and durable contract confirmation. Purchases attach to the owner’s workspace; native and web purchases are separate. When Pro ends, existing records, issued report versions, permitted updates and JSON export remain available to the owner. Adding primary records above the free limit, extra photo storage, staff access and history-report/CSV generation require active Pro. Existing history cannot be rewritten.

Cancellation and withdrawal

Use Cancel renewal to open Stripe and confirm cancellation, effective at current paid-period end. Alternatively use withdrawal.html or email [email protected] with identifying purchase details. Acknowledgment is not itself completed cancellation; we match and process requests promptly. You may withdraw the initial purchase within 14 days for a full initial-payment refund via the original method. Give your name, payment email, purchase reference/date and clear request. Immediate access does not waive this right. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Erasure does not cancel billing; cancellation does not erase records.

Availability, rights and complaints

Reasonable maintenance/security can interrupt service. No business result, regulatory outcome or permanently uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. England/Wales law applies subject to mandatory local protections and court rights. Contact [email protected] to resolve complaints.
