SMALL BAKERIES / COSTING & PRODUCTION
Know the cost.
Make the right batch.
Cost recipes from supplier pack prices, keep nested components and turn frozen orders into one production and shopping list.

THE WORK / WITH ITS CONTEXT
The pastry has layers.
The costing can, too.

THE DETAILS MATTER
Build the component once. Use its exact version.
Cost flour, butter and every purchased ingredient from your supplier’s pack price. Make a component recipe, save its output and add that version to a finished recipe. Enter hands-on labour and overheads where they belong.
See a price change without losing the old estimate.
Live recipe estimates follow current supplier prices. An order revision captures the selected recipes, quantities, selling prices and cost basis. Confirm that saved version; later price changes show the difference without rewriting it.
KEEP THE FOLLOW-THROUGH
Bring the orders together before the first tray.
Confirmed active orders produce a consolidated list of finished recipes, nested components and leaf ingredients. Scale exactly and round purchases to whole supplier packs, assuming zero on hand. Record actual good and rejected output, then the collection.
