The web product

Document Generator is the upgraded Labs web edition of TextFormatter. Create documents from template forms, AI-assisted drafts or your own text. Review your document before using, sharing or printing it. Templates, AI drafts and form outputs do not verify facts, professional suitability or legal compliance. Documents involving contracts, policies, financial matters or regulated records may need qualified review.

Free and Pro

Free includes Invoice, Calendar and Letterhead templates, your own text up to 10,000 characters, PDF/Word/HTML/Markdown/text exports, and up to 5 account documents. Pro includes all 145 templates, up to 250 account documents of up to 200,000 characters each, full layout controls and AI drafting, formatting and form filling. Pro includes 100 successful AI requests per UTC calendar month, up to 20 per UTC day; drafting, formatting and form filling each count as one request. Failed requests are restored. Allowances do not roll over.

Price and payment

Pro costs £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, including applicable taxes charged by Yolleg. The selected subscription renews automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial and no minimum term beyond the paid period. Monthly and annual plans are alternatives. Stripe processes payment. Pro starts after server verification and dispatch of durable purchase confirmation. Internet access is required for accounts, AI and subscription verification. Refunded, disputed, unpaid or inactive subscriptions do not grant Pro.

Existing customers

Existing TextFormatter web subscriptions keep their current price, paid period and cancellation rights and unlock Document Generator Pro. A verified web receipt can be linked to one email account. The legacy TextFormatter workspace remains available, with its saved browser data and original capabilities. Migration creates copies and keeps the originals. Native app purchases and rights are separate.

Ending renewal

Use Manage / cancel subscription and confirm on the secure Stripe page. Paid access continues to the end of the current period. You may also use the accountless cancellation form or email [email protected] with your reference. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not itself request a refund. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Saved documents remain accessible and exportable after expiry; existing longer documents can be edited without exceeding their previously saved length. Creating additional Pro documents or using AI requires an active plan.

Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw within 14 days of the initial contract without giving a reason, including after use starts. We request no early waiver or proportional usage charge. Send a clear statement to [email protected], our postal address below or the online form. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notice, by the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Form acknowledgment does not execute a refund. Statutory rights and conformity remedies remain unaffected.

Your account and documents

Sign in through a single-use email link, confirmed with the matching email address. Protect your mailbox and exported files. Saved documents and business profile details are encrypted at rest on our server; this is not end-to-end encryption. An anonymous draft is stored in your browser. Account documents are saved explicitly with Save. Unsaved changes may be lost if your browser closes. Revision checks prevent silently overwriting a newer server copy. Export backups of important documents.

Output and compatibility

A current browser with JavaScript and downloads is required. PDF files use an embedded sans-serif font; unsupported characters are reported rather than silently removed. Word may substitute fonts or paginate differently. Printable patterns and measured labels should be exported to PDF and printed at actual size, with the required paper size. Check alignment on plain paper before using label stock. Layouts are adapted for the web and may differ from the native app. AI can make mistakes; check its output and complete any placeholders.
