Cancellation and withdrawal

Cancel renewal from Account & plans in your study desk using the secure Stripe portal, submit the declaration below or email [email protected]. Cancel before your 7-day trial ends to avoid a charge. We offer a full refund of the first payment when withdrawal is requested within 14 days of that payment, including after use.

Submitting this form records your request. It does not itself execute a Stripe cancellation or refund; we match and process the request promptly. Erasing study records does not cancel billing.
