Service
Food lot receiving, transformation, shipment and trace records for small producers. Receiving, shipping and transformation records only. Check food-rule applicability separately. No harvest, cooling, initial packing or first land-based receiving workflow; no FDA-approved filing. Eight lots, stock movements, production links, trace lookup, holds, JSON backup and workspace recovery. Pro: Up to 1,000 lots and 5,000 journal entries per site, CSV event records and printable trace packs. Maximum 1,000 primary records, 5,000 journal entries and 8 MB per saved workspace. These practical limits apply to paid plans too. Leqra supports only same-day grouped restorations; cross-date staged additions require external calculation. No team roles, official submissions, automatic email reminders, background notifications or document uploads. The app is a recordkeeping tool; it does not certify regulatory compliance. Native-app purchases and rights are separate. Historical journal entries and finalised audits are immutable; add a dated correction note where needed. JSON import cannot replace established history; restore a backup into a new workspace if histories diverge. Keep original evidence in your own secure storage. Elmbra must not contain resident names, room identifiers, health narratives or medication records. Leqra does not implement rolling-average calculations or all inspection/reporting duties. Lotivra records are not a complete traceability plan or an FDA-approved filing.
## Price and renewal Site Pro: $29.00 per month or $290.00 per year, selected before checkout. Currency USD. Prices include applicable tax. Subscription starts on successful payment and renews automatically on the same interval until cancelled. No trial. Stripe handles card payment; we do not receive full card numbers. Paid access requires confirmed payment and durable contract confirmation. Retain your purchase and workspace recovery files; they serve different purposes. The web plan is separate from any native-app purchase.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Use Cancel renewal in this app to confirm cancellation in Stripe; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Alternatively send an identified cancellation declaration through withdrawal.html or [email protected]. Acknowledgment is not itself completed provider cancellation; we match and process it promptly. You can withdraw the initial purchase within14 days by the same routes and request a refund; immediate access does not waive that right. To exercise withdrawal identify your name, payment email, order or purchase date and state that you withdraw. We refund the initial purchase in full for a valid request within14 days, using the original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected. After paid access ends, existing records remain readable and exportable as JSON, with permitted updates and whole-workspace erasure; adding records above the free limit and Pro pack/CSV generation require active Pro.
Workspace access and records
Your randomly generated workspace key grants access to your server records. Anyone with the recovery file can access the workspace. Keep it private and save a record export separately. We cannot recover a lost key. Clearing browser storage without the recovery file may permanently lose access. Workspace records are encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS; this is not end-to-end encryption. Concurrent edits are rejected until you reload. Keep independent backups and verify exports. Deleting records is separate from cancelling billing. We do not automatically delete evidence merely because a legal retention period may have ended; you decide retention and deletion based on all applicable duties.
Accuracy, use and availability
You are responsible for entries, deadlines, test outcomes, professional qualifications, official filings and checking current guidance. The service can assist recordkeeping but does not establish compliance or certify a test. We maintain reasonable security and may suspend abusive access. No uninterrupted availability or business outcome is guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. England and Wales law applies subject to your mandatory local rights; consumers retain applicable court rights. Contact support to resolve a complaint.
