Cancel in Account & plans using the secure Stripe portal, submit the declaration below or email [email protected]. Cancel before your 7-day trial ends to avoid a charge. First-payment full refund when withdrawal is requested within 14 days of payment, including after use.

This form records a request; it does not itself execute cancellation or refund. We match and process requests promptly. Erasing practice does not cancel billing.
