Local workspaces

This Roomivio Labs edition keeps its workspace in this browser. Your property details and report observations are not uploaded to us. Browser storage and exported backups are not encrypted by this app; use a protected device and keep backups safe. Payment and ordinary hosting data are handled separately as described below.

Payments and support

Stripe processes your payment and contact details. Our protected payment service stores opaque purchase/workspace references, the selected price, consent time, accepted terms, checkout references and mail delivery state. It verifies payment, refund and dispute status; it does not receive your tool content. Purchase confirmations and withdrawal acknowledgments use SendGrid. Refund and cancellation requests send your name, email and purchase reference to Yolleg.

Essential secure session cookies protect payment requests. Purchase backups contain private bearer receipts. Ordinary hosting logs may contain IP addresses, request paths, times and user agents. Following a Stripe checkout link loads Stripe under its own privacy terms.

Purpose, retention and rights

We use payment and correspondence data to fulfil contracts, keep accounting records, handle requests and protect the service. Accounting and related contract data may be retained for six years or as required by law; security logs only as needed. Stripe, SendGrid and hosting may involve international processing under their applicable terms. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, subject to accounting obligations. You may complain to the UK ICO or your relevant authority.
