RowClover terms and provider
Effective 19 October 2026. Yolleg Ltd, company no. 10455920, 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact [email protected]. Independent service, without regulator affiliation.
Scope and responsibility
Text-based, unrotated bank PDFs with one transaction per dated row, numeric columns and supported date/decimal formats. No OCR, online bank connection, automatic transaction categorisation or universal bank support. PDFs and transaction rows stay in browser memory; only coded mapping settings are saved when you choose. Conversion supports selectable-text, unrotated PDFs with one transaction per complete numeric dated row. No OCR, bank connection or universal bank support. Source rows, ignored rows and extraction exceptions must be reviewed. Closing/running balance checks are arithmetic only and cannot detect omitted offsetting transactions. Check import previews and duplicates in your accounting software. PDF bytes are never sent by the converter. Do not put financial or personal data in coded cloud profiles. You provide lawful, accurate entries, actual source evidence and independent review. Images are illustrative generated assets. Calculations and administrative records do not constitute legal, financial or safety advice or a certificate.
Free tier and subscription
Anonymous text-PDF conversion up to 5 pages and 50 transactions, CSV and OFX exports; two saved coded mapping profiles with an account. Text PDFs up to 50 pages and 5,000 transactions, one hundred saved mapping profiles and owner plus four named staff. Conversion Pro is £14.99 each month or £149.00 each year in GBP, selected before checkout. Annual payment is charged in full. Recurring renewal, no trial. Prices include applicable tax. Stripe handles card details. Pro needs verified payment and durable original contract confirmation. Cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the paid period. Owners retain existing records, permitted updates, issued reports and JSON after Pro ends. Additional primary capacity, staff access, new preserved history reports and workspace CSV require Pro. Larger PDF conversions require current Pro access; local files are not retained across reloads. Native and web purchases are separate; existing native purchased rights are unchanged.
Accounts and shared access
One bookkeeping business per workspace. Email accounts use random one-use sign-in links lasting 15 minutes and matching-email confirmation. Sessions last up to 7 days. Sign out all devices revokes other sessions. Recovery requires access to your email. Pro includes the owner and up to four named staff. Editors add permitted records; viewers read/export permitted records. All authorised staff see the whole selected workspace; no per-record access boundaries. Staff access needs the owner’s active Pro subscription. The owner controls settings, billing, staff access and erasure. Surface reviews, price reviews and retained print runs are owner-only where provided. Invitations expire after 7 days; no invitation email is sent. Revocation blocks subsequent server access, not downloaded copies. New entries are stamped with the submitting account and server-received time; imports do not prove historical authenticity.
Storage and erasure
Bank PDFs, extracted transactions, balances and local account codes remain in browser memory. Reloading or Clear removes that local session; downloaded files remain on your device. Coded mapping profiles and versions are saved on our server. Server PDF/photo upload is disabled for this app. Workspaces are limited to 20,000 history entries and 16 MB UTF-8 JSON; plan capacity does not override these limits. Keep independent source originals and legally required records. HTTPS and encryption at rest are used for saved data, not end-to-end encryption. We can decrypt server data to provide service/support. Owner-only whole-workspace erasure removes live records and chosen stored files for all members. It does not cancel billing, delete account/membership/billing data, revoke exports or erase provider backups. No guaranteed statutory hosting period, recovery archive or offline synchronisation. Account-specific backup geography, processing agreement and deletion schedule remain unconfirmed. Contact support about retention and deletion requests.
Cancellation and initial withdrawal
Cancel renewal through the secure Stripe portal at paid-period end, or send a declaration at withdrawal.html or [email protected]. An acknowledgment is not itself completed cancellation/refund; we match and process requests promptly. We offer a full initial-purchase refund on withdrawal within 14 days, including after immediate use. Immediate access does not waive this right. Supply name, payment email, purchase reference or date/plan and a clear request. Do not send card details or sign-in tokens. Erasure does not cancel billing; cancellation does not erase records. Mandatory rights remain unchanged.
Availability and disputes
Maintenance, incidents and provider outages can interrupt service. No business result, regulatory outcome or perpetual availability is guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. England and Wales law applies subject to mandatory local protections and court rights. Contact [email protected] for support or complaints.
