One cleaner, no overlapping booked or completed visits, no overnight work. Every task must be done or explicitly skipped before completion; skipped work needs final notes. One late clash rejects the entire new batch. Price is a flat entered charge per visit.

From a photo to a captured quote.

Resized locally to at most 1400px, encoded as a JPEG under 300,000 characters. Save at most 10 quote images / 2.4 million encoded characters per book. Photos and backups are unencrypted; omit people, access codes and sensitive details.

Choose a property image to begin. Manual tracing only.

A reference only calibrates one apparent plane. Perspective and depth affect estimates: check lengths on site before agreement. Run lengths round to 0.01 ft/m; each length × rate rounds half-up to a penny/cent, then lines sum. No tax/extras/discounts. Saved quotes are immutable; cancel and replace for changes. Stage dates do not reserve a calendar slot. Manual agreement is a record, not an e-signature.

Capture this month’s package.

A manually entered package charge, not an invoice or tax calculation. One horse/month only, including cancelled entries. No automatic issuance or proration. The charge date controls the period summary; month labels identify the package.

Your dates, deliberately chosen.

No clinical schedule or treatment advice. Completing a task retains your note and either closes it or records a next date you explicitly enter. Maximum 100 completions per task. Free 10 retained care tasks, Pro 2000; closed records count.

Name the space. Set the limit.

Your planning constraint, not a safe stocking rate or compatibility assessment. Free 3 retained paddocks; Pro 50. Capacity stays fixed; use a new paddock record for a changed limit.

Reserve a paddock interval.

Capacity is checked throughout the interval; the same horse cannot overlap any other assignment. Adjacent slots pass. No overnight intervals. Release with a reason; history remains. Free 10 retained assignments, Pro 2000.

MONEY ALREADY MOVED

Keep the ledger clear.

Record money already moved elsewhere. No transaction is executed. Correct an input mistake through Reverse in history; it appends an opposite entry and retains the original. Normal refunds mean money actually returned. At most 6000 money entries including corrections per book; export and start a new book before the cap. Financial corrections within this cap remain available after expiry.
