What you choose to store

An anonymous draft stays in browser storage on your device. Saving to an account sends the document title, content, template values and layout to our server so you can open it across devices. Your reusable business profile is also stored when you choose Save profile. Account documents, profile details and account email are encrypted at rest using server-managed keys. Yolleg can process this data to operate the service; it is not end-to-end encrypted.

AI is a separate action

Your text is sent to the Yolleg AI drafting service at funquiz.app only when you choose an AI action and confirm sending it. That service processes the brief or selected document text with its model provider to produce a draft or form suggestions. Ordinary form-based document generation and local exports do not send document content to AI. Do not include information you do not want processed by AI. Successful AI responses are encrypted and retained for up to seven days to support safe retries; request counts are stored to enforce allowances.

Accounts, payment and email

We use your email to send single-use sign-in links and recover access. SendGrid handles sign-in messages, purchase confirmations and support acknowledgments. Stripe processes payment and payment contact details. Our protected service retains purchase references, selected price, consent time, accepted terms, checkout references and delivery state. Existing web receipt linking connects a verified purchase to one account. It does not upload legacy browser documents unless you import and save them.

Cookies and hosting

Essential secure, HttpOnly session cookies protect sign-in and payment requests. Browser storage keeps an anonymous draft and a private web purchase receipt. Exported files and local browser data are not encrypted by this app. Hosting security logs may include IP addresses, request paths, times and user agents. We do not add advertising trackers to Document Generator.

Retention and control

Saved documents and profile details remain until you delete them or your account. Deleted document content is removed from the active database and a revision tombstone prevents old devices recreating it. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; used links are removed. You can export your saved documents, sign out all devices and delete your account from Business profile. Deleting the account does not cancel a Stripe subscription. Accounting and related contract records may be retained for six years or as legally required. Hosting backups may retain data until their normal rotation.

Purposes and rights

We process account, document and payment data to provide the requested service and fulfil contracts; security and abuse-prevention data protect the service. Payment, hosting, email and AI processing may involve international transfers under the relevant providers’ arrangements. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, subject to accounting obligations, or to ask about processing providers. You may complain to the UK ICO or your relevant authority.
