Your answers, bookmarks, saved sessions and study history stay in your browser and your intentional backup files. They are not sent to Yolleg or an AI provider. No analytics, advertising SDK or cloud AI is included. Browser storage is not an encrypted vault. Clearing browser data can remove your work; keep backups.

Purchases and requests

Stripe processes payment and contact details under its own privacy terms. Our protected payment service stores opaque workspace/order references, the selected price/plan, consent time, accepted terms, checkout references and mail delivery state. It checks payment status and, where relevant, subscription status, refunds and disputes. It does not receive your operational records or answers. Purchase, cancellation and withdrawal confirmation messages use SendGrid. Requests through the form send your name, email and purchase reference to Yolleg.

Essential secure session cookies support CSRF protection and purchase recovery. A purchase backup contains a private bearer proof: anyone possessing it may be able to restore access, so do not share it publicly. Ordinary host/security logs can contain IP address, request path, time and user agent. External official links and Stripe checkout have their own data practices; they load only when you follow them.

Purpose, retention and rights

We use payment and correspondence data to fulfil the contract, keep accounting records, handle requests and protect the service. Accounting and related contract records may be kept for six years or as required by law; operational/security data are kept only as needed. Stripe, SendGrid and hosting providers process data on their applicable terms and may involve international transfers. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, subject to accounting obligations. You may complain to the UK ICO or your relevant authority. You can export or clear your own browser records directly.
