Product scope
US mobile-notary business administration. Keep payer/job codes and neutral visit details. This is not an official notarial journal, identity verification, remote notarisation, fee-cap engine or tax deduction calculator. Do not store signer identity documents, SSNs, signatures or document contents. State duties and lawful fees vary. This service handles business administration and does not replace your required official journal, verify a signer, execute a notarial act or determine a tax deduction. You provide accurate lawful records and independent review. Landing images are generated illustrations, not real user records. No legal advice, official filing, certification or guaranteed business result.
Free tier and recurring plans
Five visits, itemised invoices, partial payments and refunds, actual odometer mileage, expenses, working print and JSON. Five hundred visits, four named staff, preserved business reports and aggregate CSV within workspace limits. Business Pro: US$14.99 every month or US$149.90 every year in USD, selected before checkout. Annual payment is charged in full. The selected plan renews automatically until cancelled, with no trial. Prices include applicable tax. Stripe handles payment details. Verified current payment and original contract confirmation are required. Cancel renewal for the current paid-period end. The owner retains existing records, permitted updates, original downloads, retained versions and JSON after lapse. New primary records above the free limit, staff access, extra storage, new paid report generation and workspace CSV need Pro. Native and web purchases are separate; existing purchased rights are preserved.
Accounts and access
One US mobile-notary business per workspace. One-use email links expire in 15 minutes and require matching-email confirmation. Sessions last up to 7 days; sign out all devices revokes other sessions. Recovery requires your email account. Pro includes the owner and four named editors/viewers. Every authorised staff member can read all records and private files in the selected workspace; there are no per-record access boundaries. Editors write ordinary records and reports. Viewers cannot write. Only the owner manages settings, billing, staff, erasure, primary-detail corrections, defect releases, stay corrections and final quarter/year reviews. Staff need the owner’s active Pro. Invitations last 7 days; no invitation email is sent. Removal stops later server access, not retained exports/downloaded copies. New history is stamped with the submitting account/server-received time; imported dates do not prove historical authenticity. History is append-only, with corrections retained.
Storage and erasure
Limits: 20,000 history entries and 16 MB UTF-8 JSON per workspace. Private PDFs: free 8 files / 75 MB; Pro 200 files / 500 MB; 25 MB per file. Draft uploads count. Optional JPEG API storage: free 2 MB / 30 files; Pro 100 MB / 500 files; 450 KB and 1920 pixels each. JSON exports contain original-file references, not original bytes; download PDFs separately. Files are not sanitised or authenticated. Keep independent originals. HTTPS and server encryption at rest; not end-to-end encryption. Authorised support can decrypt records. Whole-workspace erasure removes live business records, private files, links and linked-submission receipts for all members. It does not delete account/membership/billing records, cancel renewal or revoke downloaded/local copies and host backups. No guaranteed statutory hosting period or recovery archive. Host backup geography and exact backup deletion schedule remain unconfirmed. Keep independent records and request account deletion/support separately.
Cancellation and initial withdrawal
Cancel renewal in the secure Stripe portal, submit a declaration at withdrawal.html or email [email protected]. Receipt acknowledgment is not itself completed cancellation/refund; requests are matched and processed promptly. We offer a full refund of the initial purchase if withdrawn within 14 days, including after immediate access/use. Immediate use does not waive that right. Give your name, payment email, purchase reference or date/plan and a clear request, without card details or sign-in/access tokens. Cancellation does not erase records; erasure does not cancel billing. Mandatory rights remain unchanged.
Availability and disputes
Maintenance, network/provider outages and browser/device loss can interrupt service. No perpetual availability or regulatory outcome is guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded. England and Wales law applies subject to mandatory local protections and court rights.
