Local workspaces
This WalkLedger Labs edition keeps its workspace in this browser. Your owner contacts, pet details, group walks and individual manual payment records remain in browser storage and exported files. They are not uploaded to us by this service. You decide what is appropriate to record and whom to share exports with. Avoid recording unnecessary sensitive information. Software billing is separate from your customer ledger. Browser storage and exported backups are not encrypted by this app; use a protected device and keep backups safe. Payment and ordinary hosting data are handled separately below.
Payments and support
Stripe processes your payment details. We receive payment status and your confirmation email address from Stripe. Our protected payment service keeps purchase references, the selected plan, consent time, accepted terms, checkout references, confirmation emails and delivery status. If you send a cancellation, withdrawal or support request, we also keep the name, email address, purchase reference and message you provide. Twilio SendGrid delivers confirmation and request emails. Workspace content is not automatically attached.
Essential secure session cookies protect payment requests. Purchase backups contain private bearer receipts. Ordinary hosting logs may contain IP addresses, request paths, times and user agents. Following a Stripe checkout link loads Stripe under its own privacy terms.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use purchase and correspondence data to perform our contract with you, including verifying access and handling cancellation and withdrawal. We keep required accounting and transaction records to meet legal obligations. We use security logs and necessary support records for our legitimate interests in protecting the service and resolving enquiries.
Retention and international processing
Accounting and related contract data may be retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where required by law or an unresolved legal claim. Support and security records are kept only while needed to resolve enquiries, investigate abuse or meet those obligations. This is a retention policy; the app does not promise automatic deletion.
Hosting providers process ordinary hosting logs. Stripe and Twilio SendGrid may process payment and email data outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published transfer terms describe safeguards such as adequacy arrangements and standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum where applicable. See Stripe’s Data Transfers Addendum and Twilio’s Data Protection Addendum. Contact [email protected] for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
Your rights
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable legal limits, including records we must retain. You may complain to the UK ICO or your relevant supervisory authority.

Optional advertising measurement
Updated 23 October 2026. With your permission, Yolleg Ltd uses a first-party cookie and storage to remember the Google advert that brought you here and measure consented visits, sign-ins, checkout starts, free trials and verified payments. We share the advert click identifier (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID), event time, an opaque transaction identifier and actual transaction value/currency with Google Ads. We do not send your email, contact details, practice answers, health information or workspace contents for advertising measurement. Ad personalisation is not enabled by this integration.
The measurement cookie is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite and lasts up to 90 days. Click identifiers are encrypted on our protected server and expire within 90 days; deduplicated event records are retained for up to 180 days. Your browser saves your permission choice for up to 90 days, or a refusal for up to 180 days. Google processes shared data under its own privacy terms and may process it internationally. The basis for this optional processing is your consent.
Choose Allow measurement or No thanks. Refusal does not limit the app, sign-in or purchases. Change or withdraw your choice through the Ad measurement control in the footer. Withdrawal stops new collection and pending sharing; data already processed by Google may remain in its reports. Global Privacy Control is respected. Contact [email protected] about access or deletion. Change ad measurement choice · Google Privacy Policy.
