A browser-local solo working book. Free 3 retained clients and 10 work records; Pro 200 clients and 2000 work records, CSV, Operator Review print preparation and 5 local snapshots subject to browser storage. Archived and cancelled records count. Up to 6000 money entries including corrections per book. Dates 1900–2199; non-negative prices up to 999999.99, at most two decimals. Currency locks after the first record; no conversion. Software billing is separately in GBP. Records and exports are not encrypted by this app. One editing tab, no account or cloud backup. Record payments/refunds that happened elsewhere; no transaction executes. Full-entry reversals append an equal opposite correction and keep references and reasons. Cancellation zeros the current charge, keeps original price/history and shows money held as refund owed. Read, JSON backups, saved-book opening, existing-work completion/cancellation and money corrections within the cap remain after expiry; paid exports, snapshots and growth beyond free limits need active Pro. Use the backed-up new-book workflow before hard caps. No cloud/team/GPS/maps/route optimization/notifications/client messaging/customer card collection/online customer booking. Operator Review is not an invoice, tax or statutory report. One pet per client record, with repeated owner details allowed. Explicitly book 1–12 distinct pets in one walk, 5–480 minutes, one flat entered charge captured separately for every pet. A group of three creates three retained work/charge records and uses three of the allowance. One solo walker calendar; separate walks cannot overlap, including completed history. Group completion/cancellation applies atomically to every member; individual money histories remain separate. No partial-member cancellation: cancel the group and create a replacement. Times are wall times, no timezone conversion or overnight walks; ending exactly at midnight is allowed. The 12-pet limit is a software input limit, not advice on safe/licensed group size. No automatic recurring walks, GPS routes, health/care records, owner updates, photos or access-code/key vault. Book fields are fixed; cancel and replace to revise.

Price and access

Walker Pro costs £14.99 per month or £149.99 per year, including applicable taxes charged by Yolleg. It renews automatically at the chosen interval until cancelled. No free trial or minimum term beyond the paid period. Monthly and yearly are alternatives; do not buy both. This subscription unlocks this Labs web edition, not the separate native app. Stripe processes payment. Paid access starts after server verification and dispatch of a durable confirmation with these terms. If confirmation is pending, retry or contact support. Internet is required to verify Pro actions. Refunded, disputed, unpaid or inactive subscriptions do not grant Pro access. Existing local data, editing, saved-project opening and raw JSON exports remain available after access ends; new Pro actions and Pro exports require an active plan. A purchase backup is a private bearer receipt; keep it safe.

Ending renewal

Use “Cancel renewal” in the app with your purchase receipt and confirm on the secure Stripe page. Pro continues until the current paid period ends. You can also send an accountless cancellation request through the online form or [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals at the earliest applicable paid-period end; it does not itself request a refund. Withdrawal is separate. Contact us with your order reference if your receipt is lost.

Withdrawal and refunds

You may withdraw within 14 days of the initial contract without giving a reason, including after use starts. We request no early waiver or proportional usage charge. Send a clear statement to [email protected], our postal address below or the online request form. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of notice, by the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Form acknowledgment does not execute a refund. Statutory rights and conformity remedies remain unaffected.

Storage and compatibility

A current browser with JavaScript, downloads and browser storage is required. Saving changes to the local workspace requires Web Locks support and available browser storage. One tab at a time can save each tool’s workspace; other tabs can inspect retained data and export backups. Your work stays in your browser; we cannot restore lost local content. Export backups regularly. Browser storage and exported files are not encrypted by this app. Fullscreen, printing and downloads depend on your browser and device. Back up your work before clearing browser data. No account or cloud storage is included.
